Growing Community One Seed at a Time

This project aims to have 100 participants take part in a pay-it-forward project by planting seeds in abundance. The seeds sowed will be to support both the Green Thumbs Project and Agape Food Bank, with a donation of root vegetables and other produce as they come into season.

This project will be a multi-generational initiative where various farmers, community members and students from both local high schools and elementary schools will collaborate for impact. Giving local youth a chance to experience being innovative entrepreneurs and farmers is a key element in helping to encourage and sustain the agriculture economy that we thrive on in North Stormont. It is also a great opportunity for farmers and others to share their know how and assets with the next generation.
