The 3rd Annual Eastern Ontario Garlic Festival is NOW accepting applications from garlic growers, producers, food vendors, artisans,  musicians, community groups, and resources. Our goal is to have 150 vendors in celebration of Canada’s 150 years of confederation. Many of our 120 vendors from last year have already reserved their spots. If you would like to join in this celebration be sure to register soon.

To qualify as a vendor or exhibitor for this festival, all products or services must be grown or created in Eastern Ontario, using primarily Ontario produce and or supplies.  Vendors must live in Eastern Ontario.   Not sure what we mean about Eastern Ontario?  Click here to see if you are on the map.

Please read the Qualification Criteria listed below before accessing our online registration system.   

Register by August 5th. (Late registration if accepted may incur extra fees)

Vendors selling only whole garlic bulbs and or products. Local food producers offering any selection of products (eg. garlic, vegetables, fruits, cheese, baked goods, honey, maple syrup, jams, pickles, frozen or cured meats, dairy products, etc.)

A $5 Cornwall Special Event fee will be collected on August 27th at the Garlic Festival.

  • Read all information below before registering. The full contract for vendors will be prepared and sent to you in August 2017. 
  • As a vendor for this festival, you have produced or created all of your products or services in Eastern Ontario, using primarily Ontario produce and or supplies.
  • Non-Refundable, no exceptions.
  • As a vendor, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own third party insurance, and may be asked to email a certificate to the producers.
  • Exhibitor spaces will be delegated to the producers based on registration date.  Space requests can be made by vendors who registered before June 1st.
  • Prepared food vendors and those providing tasters, must follow Eastern Ontario Health Unit Safe Food Vendor Requirements.
  • Vendor and Exhibitor setup starts at 6:30 AM.  Strike down at 4:00 PM.
  • Festival opens to the public at 11:00 AM at which time set-up must be completed.

  • All vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area at the NAV Centre reserved for vendors by 9:30 AM. No vehicles will be permitted on the premises during the festival. 
  • The Jet Set Pub will be serving local beverages, however all beverages must remain in the designated pub patio area.
  • As a vendor of the Eastern Ontario Garlic Festival you will be required to agree to terms stated in vendor contract which will be sent to you prior to the event.
  • Includes Cornwall’s Special Events Business License, 12 x 12 space and electricity if needed.
  • We Provide the Space Only.  Shelter, tables, chairs, power cords, etc. are the vendor’s responsibility.
  • Vendors who require power must bring a 75 foot (minimum) extension cord.
  • The event will be held outdoors at the NAV Centre, but in the event forecasted inclement weather vendors will set up indoors in the conference rooms.
  • Please NO pets on vendors’ site.
  • As a vendor, you are invited to take part in a Vendor Booth Decorating Contest. Details to follow.
  • All participating vendors will be required to complete an evaluation on-site before departure as well as anonymously reporting their sales for the day (for internal purposes only). 
  • All participating vendors and volunteers are invited to contribute to the planning of the Eastern Ontario Garlic Festival.
  • Community groups, contributing artists and buskers are also required to meet the above regulations.
